Review: "Core Rhythms"
For anyone who is a beginner latin dancer, Core Rhythms is a wonderful way to learn how to use those hips - excellent practice even for seasoned dancers. If you're not a dancer but would like an excellent aerobic workout with a focus on trimming your waistline, and with a latin beat that'll make "your blood boil" then Core Rhythms is the one for you!
